Unlike the traditional warm compress, OCuSOFT Thermal 1-Touch Digi-Lens technology is designed with precision to provide instant targeted heat with a temperature that remains constant. OCuSOFT Thermal 1-Touch is intended for localized heat in-office when the current medical community recommends the application of a warm compress to the eyelids. Such applications would include Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), Dry Eye, Blepharitis, Stye, or Chalazia. For professional use only.

Manufacturer’s warranty:
The Manufacturer’s Warranty is included with all purchases of the OCuSOFT Thermal 1-Touch Localized Heat Therapy device. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the malfunctioning device at OCuSOFT’s discretion for a period of one year. This warranty does not provide coverage for lost or destroyed devices. The serial number tag on the device must be present as well as the charger and battery pack to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Extended warranty:
The Extended Warranty can be purchased in conjunction with the OCuSOFT Thermal 1-Touch Localized Heat Therapy device to cover the repair or replacement of the malfunctioning device at OCuSOFT’s discretion for a period of three years. This warranty does not provide coverage for lost or destroyed devices. This warranty does not cover consumable parts including the battery unit. The serial number tag on the device must be present as well as the charger and battery pack to be eligible for warranty coverage. The extended warranty can be added at any point within the first 355 days of device purchase.
